ValentinesGifts.co.uk is a sister company of NotJustBalloons.co.uk LTD, by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as detailed below.
Delivery
We use Royal mail and couriers to deliver your goods, there is a flat rate charge of £3.99 for standard deliveries regardless of how many items you order, Next Working day delivery is £6.99 , you can only specify a delivery date if you are using our next day service. Standard delivery takes approx 4 working days, depending on the items ordered and their weight we may use Royal Mail's 1st class recorded service or our courier Citylink. All parcels require a signature. You may leave special delivery instructions which we will put on the parcel however our parcels are delivered by third parties and we have no control as to whether these instructions are followed.
Next day items must be ordered by 3pm to ensure delivery the following day (Monday to Friday only)
If you wish to have your item delivered in the future you may enter a date (Monday-Friday) in the box provided, if you have paid Next day delivery. Dates entered by customers using the standard delivery service cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Privacy
To ensure your transaction is secure all payments are taken through Worldpay, therefore we have no access to your credit card details what so ever.

Your Information
If you place an order with us, we will have a record of your address (and that of any recipient), your telephone number and email address. This information is only used to enable us to deliver your item, you may decide to receive our newsletter by email, but unless you do so you will NOT be sent any marketing or sales emails from us.
Once your order has been dispatched it will be securely filed, incase there are any queries with
the order and also for our records.
We may also collect general information such as how many 'hits' our website is receiving and site patterns so we know which areas of the website are more popular than others.
Our site also uses cookies, which are small amounts of data which are sent to your web browser by a web server. They do not harm your machine in anyway, these cookies keep track of the items in your basket
and act a place markers when you are moving around our website.
Returns
If you have received something from us and it is not suitable, faulty or you have changed your mind, please return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days and we will issue you with a refund or replacement goods.
If you are returning an item because it is not suitable, it must be unused and in a resalable condition, please ensure it is adequately packaged, if the item should be damaged in transit because it has not been suitably packaged we will be unable to give you a refund.
To return an item
To return an item, simply call us on 01304 813337 or email us at sales@valentinesgifts.co.uk and inform us that you wish to return an item (please have your order number- if you have ordered over the phone you will not have an order number) Then simply post it back to us, you will be issued a refund or replacement once we have received your returned item. Please note if the item you return to us is lost in the post before it reaches us we will be unable to offer you any compensation, so please ensure you obtain suitable postal insurance when returning something to us.
Perishable Goods
We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods such as balloons or confectionery. If your balloon should arrive deflated or damaged we will of course
offer you a replacement or full refund.
