| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Delivery, Shipping And Handling There is a flat rate shipping charge of £4.49 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order. We aim to despatch the order the same day it is received (if it is received before 4pm.) Usually you will receive your order within 2 working days, although in busy times this may be 4 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will try to contact you by 'phone to let you know and offer an alternative. We also have a next day service which is £8.00, provided the item is in stock and the order is placed before 3 pm you will receive your order the next day between 9am and 5.30pm.. Prices for shipping are for mainland U.K. only. The postcodes detailed below take 2 days to deliver and come at an additional charge. Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please return it to us in it's original condition and we shall refund you for the cost of the goods (we regreat postage costs cannot be refunded).
