Shipping And Handling There is a flat rate shipping charge of £4.49 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order. Deliveries are usually made within approx 4-5 working days. A lot of our bags are hand made by us to order so occasionally the bags you have ordered may be out of stock, in this instance we shall contact you and advise you as to when they would be available for despatch. We also have a next day service which is £8.00, provided the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2 pm you will receive your order the next day between 9am and 5.30pm.. Prices for shipping are for mainland U.K. only.

Addresses that are not situated on the mainland, remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also come with an additional charge and may take longer to arrive.

We shall accept no liability whatsoever to delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control; weather, fire, terrorism, etc.

Returns and Replacements

• Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Any discrepancies with your order will be logged in our system for quick reference so that we can better manage your account. No returns or exchange resulting from discrepancies will be allowed after 7 days from the date you receive your order.  Please do this by phone to ensure you are logged and given a case number.
