For just £55.00 you can really jazz up Valentine's.  Included in this balloon decorating kit is a tank of helium, a reel of red curling ribbon, 9 tassle weights and 21 red heart shaped foil balloons.  Simply inflate the balloons through the balloons through the valve on the disposable helium tank, don't overfill or the balloon, so take it slowly.  When the balloon is filled tie on some of the curling ribbon, leaving enough to curl and then attach to the balloon weights.  Couldn't be simpler.  Arrange the balloons in sets to make a bouquet.
